I bought an excellent pair of jeans and the customer service was great, Rosa provided advice regarding the fit and fabric before I ordered so the jeans fit me perfectly. Delivery was fast. A fantastic store, the photos and the measurements from the website are probably the best one can find.

Very happy with my purchases. Fast delivery.

The shipping was quick, the selection and many accurate listed measurements were much appreciated. My only issue was that my chain stitched jeans arrived with one leg hemmed a half inch shorter than the other. I'm not the kind of customer to fret too much about this, but it does mean that one of my cuffs is bigger than the other. I would still shop here again, but just thought I'd mention this as a friendly area for improvement. Thanks!

I love Redcast. They have terrific items that are excellent quality. Everything ships timely with clear communication. Love the Merz tees I got!

Smooth experience . Easily one of the best experience when buying quality Japanese denim online.

Love the products I've been able to get from Redcast, including several loopwheel shirts, the Redcast shirts themselves, and some from whitesville. Fast shipping, great service, nice people!

Excellent service, arrived quickly and as expected

Great service-jeans hemmed to required length accurately and double quick time. Will definitely shop here again!

Excellent Customer device and product quality

Insanely fast international shipping I got it as fast as I would have if I bought it to shop up the road.

Thanks for the smooth transaction…all went well and the jeans are perfect too. 10 out of 10. Will buy again.
