Overall great shopping, shipping, and service. It would be nice if the store had more links to the Help & FAQ content. Some Available Roasts help pages have info not in the store descriptions. And the Coffee Tasting Notes page assured me that Hygge Blend does NOT contain mulling spices so I bought it and am glad I did. All that great Help content should be easier to find.

Red Bay tastes the best and wakes me up the really well. I first tried them in San Fran and had the blk charcoal coffee. It was super good. I wish they sold that via mail order. I order as much as I can afford. Tastes great and wakes me up daily. Best coffee I know of. Even better than Starbucks

I love this coffee. I love the ease of a subscription.

I am a returning customer. I have Red Bay Coffee in my home, my business, and enjoy visiting their cafes as well. Great products, atmosphere, and global community.

I only received two packages of the coffee beans and invoice billed for three.

No problem! Fast delivery!

I’m so happy with the help that was provided all around. I had a missing product and they helped me out, it was so easy, so fast. The products are legit. Red Bay is now the only coffee brand I drink, so my brand loyalty just skyrocketed even more (if possible). I’m excited to see the brand continue to grow.

Great amazing tasting coffee.

I have been trying different coffee roasters to find a coffee I like that has a good mission statement I am pleased to say we have liked every coffee we have tried and have ordered more

Love Red Bay and Coltrane. You better not go anywhere. :D

Beautiful, fragrant, and delicious beans.

Quick turn around for pick up

Love the stylish packaging and the wonderful written descriptions of each bean type. So far I’ve only tried the Half Caff and it’s really delicious. I look forward to trying the other beans that I ordered.

Excellent Smooth and wonderful finish Love it

The coffee is always fresh and delicious. I’ve been ordering for a couple years straight from your San Francisco location and I always turn my friends on to your brand.

Love the coffee, I first bought the coffee in SF. Then I drove to Oakland to meet with the owner. I just got 2 5 pound bags of coffee. Thank you for the quick response in sending me the coffee

I love this blend of coffee. I've been purchasing it for over a year and am never disappointed.
