I don’t know how to quit this subscription. Please help.

Great coffee! We had this coffee every morning at the Hyatt Regency in downtown San Francisco and I had to order it once we were home.

Love this coffee. Roasted right. No acidity or bitterness. Bright and vibrant. I get an apple type note. So good I only drink it black.

I bought red bay for the Ethiopian, it was changed to motherland. The latest is espresso dark roast. Will cancel online and purchase red bay when I can but other brands that carry the flavor I am looking for.

I have enjoyed the quality coffee since learning about it during the pandemic and I still think of them as a small business even after they got national exposure but I'm disappointed in the pricing games with the new lines. I understand using the new lines to refresh the branding and that the price of coffee has gone up but changing the bags from 12oz to 10oz is a deceptive way to hide price increasing that I dislike

Love the Brazilian Cake Lady! perfect medium roast level at an awesome price! love supporting a Black owned business and looking forward to some expanded merch. A trucker hat would be awesome! 100% will be buying again

I was lucky enough to have tasted this delicious coffee from a good friend and I love that it’s black owned. My complaint is the lead time or the shipping time. I would give this 5 stars if the shipping time was better

Red bay coffee is absolutely my favorite coffee. I love the special blends celebration of Black greatness decorative packages.

I love my red bay coffee and the East 14th blend has been my favorite by far! Nothing better than a rich and bold cup of cafecito in the mornings.

I love red bay coffee but website confounds me. If I order one product it won’t let me I order a different one. I want to subscribe but it messes that up too. I will get through and I will buy more coffee.

Great coffee ☕️ My mom love the Juneteenth can collection I ordered for her. The only downside is the length of shipping time. That indeed needs some work.

The product arrived and it is beautifully packaged and delicious but this is the second time I’ve sent coffee to a friend as a gift and instead of taking 5-7 days to shIp out it has taken weeks. I know things happen but since it’s happened twice I will be hesitant to order something I want delivered in a timely manner.
