I love the quality of the coffee and the variety of roasts available , but the time it takes from the order being placed and my card being charged is extremely long (Often up to two weeks before the order is actually shipped and another week or two to actually receive it. ) this makes it very difficult to plan for when I need to reorder. I previously had to cancel a subscription due to this issue and recently decided to give them another try because I love the coffee and really want to support the business.
