Red Bay Coffee has always been so consistent in their flavor! Good coffee that arrives regularly to my mailbox so I never have to worry about running out. I try to switch up my subscriptions on occasion to try their different blends, and I've yet to find one I didn't enjoy. They're the best!

Great subscription service with quality beans

Red Bay Coffee is my favorite of all time. I’ve been drinking Cake Lady and Chasing Lions daily since 2020. I like to sprinkle a few other roasts in there, but you can’t go wrong!

Love your coffee. Its excellent, but your delivery time is poor. Took 3 weeks and got no update or any correspondence until the day before it was delivered

When we made our last order, Shop switched one of our coffees to a suspension, not requested by us. Also, Shop kept shifiting us to different credit card we had used previously. We support your business and love your coffee, but we need better from Shop. Thank you

The coffee has a nice smell and taste. I bought decaf which some roasters, I think, give short shrift. Red Bay's decaf is nicely flavorful.

The coffee itself remains great, but it's not worth buying online for shipping in the new 10oz bags. You'll never time it out right. I understand coffee is more expensive now but I wish they'd just raise the price instead of cutting the amount.

Subscriber process is great, you can skip, delay, or order early depending on your drinking habits that month.

My new coffee bae takes the cake and has out of this world flavor, so thank you red bay from the East Coast.

I love this coffee but ordering it online for delivery TAKES SO LONG. Over 10 days and it comes from 10 mile aways. Also would be helpful to have the ability to have kilo in the size drop-down instead of a unique selection altogether.

Reached out to support, but haven’t received a response after multiple days.

There were some technical issues with the website so I had to try a few times to get the order placed. It took all 7 of the “within 5-7 business days” before the coffee shipped which feels crazy and 2 days for shipping. In total it took 11 days after I ordered it to get here. I’ve been ordering Red Bay for years and this new policy and wait time was unexpected and confusing. Of course the coffee is still great so in all it isn’t great, just okay.

Excellent coffee and customer service. Got the sampler and love trying different coffees my favorite being Coltrane.

I hope I get to drink Coltrane for the rest of my life!

I tried Coltrane, East Fourteenth, and Slow Burn. All three are delicious, and I really enjoyed the comparison. I'm a simple person and I lean toward simple coffee. I want the flavor to hit hard and finish quickly. So - my favorite is East Fourteenth. If you appreciate more complex flavors with a lingering finish, I very much recommend Coltrane and Slow Burn. Shipping was very quick, the resealable bags are too cool for school, and the coffee is outstanding. My thanks and kudos!
