This is the best device ever. Like the way it localizes specific areas that you to need to treat. Love the vibration and heat mode that it has. Wished the battery would last super long but at least it lasts long enough for the duration of the treatment at max settings. I loved it so much that i bought some for Christmas to give to family members

Great product. So helpful and exactly as advertised. I wish it had a better strap for keeping it closed when not in use but easily solvable with a bunjee cord.

Very good customer service from both Recovery for Athletes and Sunray. Both companies appear to understand the importance of the company/customer relationship and support. Buying online without seeing the product first was a big stretch for me. So I had a lot of questions for both companies about the product and the process. Everything went very well with delivery service being excellent and timely. No issues to take care of but I am confident both companies would have worked it out if there were any problems or issues.
