Very good customer service from both Recovery for Athletes and Sunray. Both companies appear to understand the importance of the company/customer relationship and support. Buying online without seeing the product first was a big stretch for me. So I had a lot of questions for both companies about the product and the process. Everything went very well with delivery service being excellent and timely. No issues to take care of but I am confident both companies would have worked it out if there were any problems or issues.

I was hesitant to purchase this as I could not find any reviews or opinions. But glad I got it. It works perfectly. It synched up right away to my Titan One pickleball machine and I was able to scroll through all 24 of my drills and be able to start and stop the drills from this tiny device that I can keep in my pocket. It's so much easier to control the machine than having to go to the phone. Plus it is rechargeable and the charge lasts a long time. I'm very happy with this remote. This does so much more than the previous remote. It was shipped very quickly.
