Fast and Smooth

The first order that was sent out took two weeks to arrive, which was kind of a long shipping time. Then when I opened the package I found the wrong watch had been shipped, I called customer support and spoke with Hayes who was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Hayes had the correct watch at my door the following week.

I had questions about placing an order before a special sale ended, when I wouldn't be home to receive the shipment for three months. Travis called back within 5 to 10 minutes of my phone message. He was polite, articulate, and knowledgeable (and speaks english). He was able to pause the shipment so as to allow me to take advantage of the sale price, and still be able to be home for the delivery. The price was amazing, It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Travis in particular.
