Disappointed in your customer service. I was told twice that I’d receive replacement end caps that were damaged in shipping but they never arrived. The third time I decided to just return the nerf bars. The problem is that I was only given 10 days to return them and I’m traveling and won’t be able to return them in the time frame given.
