Fantastic customer service! Bought the 18kg bag of size medium biscuits and my dog wouldnt eat them. I swapped my open bag for a bag of small size and they were hand delivered to my door! My dog is now very happy with the smaller biscuits. Thank you!

I ordered early knowing that it's a long weekend. Thinking that I'd get it when they're back at work. But waited and still no delivery, I had to email them to check what's going on. And had to wait again another couple of days before it arrived. :woman-shrugging:👎

Advertised free delivery Auckland wide, than charged for delivery when contacted offered a refund or free bag of treats which I never received.

Our young dog who we are changing our dog food for due to belly rash loves these one over her normal Blackhawk, I gave her a lolly scramble and she eat all the real dog food ones first. I ordered the medium biscuit but it was bigger than I expected so changing to the small size, as the old dog and the small bed sleeper is struggling to crunch them. So far I am happy with the decision to change and love the subscription sales model and it’s just one less thing to think about.

My dog loves her new food and its improving her overall well-being. She is no longer getting scabs or having infections throughout her body. Im glad to have found these biscuits that don't cause her allergies to flare or leave her hungry either.

My puppy normally loves this brand but wasn’t keen on having this batch. Found some mould on it which would have been the reason why. Tried to get in contact with head office but they never got back to me
