Pricy postage (buying 18kg should include free shipping as per other brands) but otherwise extremely happy with service & product

My dog loves the food but because of only one flavour I buy other food as well. The shipping is expensive, that would probably be a reason I shop more locally

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with the service. Having to depend on rural delivery is the only set back as sometimes weekends mean it can be 5 or 6 days before it arrives... that is not the fault of Real Dogfood , but can be frustrating especially if there are holidays added to the mix. Overall very satisfied. Since my dog is an itchy dog your allergies food suits her very well. Regards Tanya

My dogs liked the kibble. We bought medium sized and it’s too large for my dogs as a meal. Used it as treats. It also looked rather like weet-bix which gives the impression of lots of grains.
