I recently ordered two pairs of bifocal glasses. the blue light model works well. the other less expensive pair do not magnify. I can't read the paper with them. Is there a way to replace them?

I got the multifocus Foster Grants after astigmatism correcting cataract surgery implanting the toric lenses. The glasses are great and worked like a charm BUT distant vision is not good with the glasses because there is a slight magnification at the distance focal lens, and I need NO magnification at the top of the lens for my now 20/20 distance vision. So I now have to get very expensive prescription glasses to wear all the time for all distances.
