After a rocky start due to a delivery mishap by DPD the day before my event, Rathbones impressively managed to turn the situation around. They expedited a replacement suit that arrived the next morning, ensuring delivery before 10 a. m. The slim fit dinner suit was in impeccable condition and fit perfectly. The standout at Rathbones was Megan, who went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Her efficient communication and follow-up were exemplary. The trousers where undersized, could hardly do them up. The shirt was oversized, looked like I was wearing a tent. The tie was too tight and the compaband kept undoing itself. Very disappointed with the product, service and ease of delivery very good.
