My 3-year-old glasses needed some love. I sent them back for a tune-up and was expecting to for that. I was initially charged, but a day later, I received an email stating that I'd be getting a refund since the glasses were under a lifetime warranty and the issue fell within those parameters. Amazing customer service and without a doubt the best sunglasses I've ever worn by a long shot.

Love the glasses great quality and holding up through the test of time. I’m very excited that the finally have their own site and even more so that they offer prescription options. When I bought my fist pair Randolph did not have this extensive online shopping site. I actually drove up to Massachusetts to try out the glasses in person and we wound up going to their pop up shop in Boston. We met some of the people there one of whom was their new head of marketing and she was beyond helpful in guiding us with what product size and where we could purchase to get prescription as well. (an external site as they didn’t have their own shopping site at the time) I am a huge fan of the company and their products. 10/10
