My brother asked me to buy him some glasses because you didn't deliver the model he wanted to France. I ordered the glasses on a Thursday evening and paid $50 for overnight delivery because I was leaving for France on Sunday. Unfortunately, the glasses arrived on Monday afternoon, too late for me to get them before I left. I was disappointed to have paid $50 for nothing, because now I have to send them to him and it will cost me at least the same amount, if not more.

I'm not sure which is better. . . the sunglasses or the customer service. Both deserve more than 5 stars! I bought 2 pairs of aviators (American Tan & AGX). Between the two, they fit every type of sun glare there is. It took a few days to get used to the bayonet stems, but now I prefer them to the traditional stems. There were some issues on my side (new rescue dog and shipping boxes), but the customer service team was extremely responsive and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I couldn't recommend Randolph more. I will never buy another brand of sunglass ever again.

Love these sunglasses. I opted for aviators in Cape Sand Polarized with a prescription. I'm blown away by the fit and finish, but most of all by the glass. Unbelievable clarity. Customer service was excellent as well.

Took a little long to ship. I think it said getting prescription would mean they’d ship in a couple weeks, but it actually took over a month. To be fair, it was the middle of the holiday season (eg Christmas) so it’s all good and worth the wait.
