Love the glasses great quality and holding up through the test of time. I’m very excited that the finally have their own site and even more so that they offer prescription options. When I bought my fist pair Randolph did not have this extensive online shopping site. I actually drove up to Massachusetts to try out the glasses in person and we wound up going to their pop up shop in Boston. We met some of the people there one of whom was their new head of marketing and she was beyond helpful in guiding us with what product size and where we could purchase to get prescription as well. (an external site as they didn’t have their own shopping site at the time) I am a huge fan of the company and their products. 10/10

Back in 2016 I purchased a pair of Aviator - Satin Gunmetal with blue reflective lenses for my wife. This was her favorite sunglasses and wore them every day until 2022. The frame broke and the lenses got damage and they sat in a drawer until I sent them in 10/2025 hoping I could get them repaired so she could enjoy them again. To my surprise the Randolph customer service repair the frames and replaced the lenses under warranty within two weeks. This is an amazing American company with awesome customer service! To have a company stand behind their product after all these years is so unusual and the price of these sunglasses is well worth the investment. Many thanks to the customer service department for a job well done!!

I bought a pair of AF128 and discovered a crack on the left lens near hinge 2 days after. They have sent me a new pair to Dubai in 6 days! I am very happy with the quality and the great customer care. Still using my late father's military issue Randolph Eng'g in Turkey and they still look brand new. Thank you to all at Randolph. This is my second pair of Aviators (first pair polarized cobalt/matte chrome). The craftsmanship and comfort are simply the best of ANY sunglasses out there. You can wear these for hours with no eye fatigue or “ear fatigue”. The Canary Gold temple tips and the Rose (more orangey) lenses make a statement. I call my Randolph Aviators “wearable art”! Will be back for more. Thank you all for utilizing true craftsmanship in every handmade pair.

Best sunglasses I’ve ever owned but sickeningly cracked a lens a few days over a month of enjoying them. They were pricey but now I’ve added to the cost for one-time not carrying them in the protective pouch. I’d like to get another pair like the Concords but in plastic.
