Bought the 24L filter from Amazon couple of weeks back. Initially, I was concerned regarding the missing tap, so I raised a ticket with Amazon for a resolution. Since, they could not resolve my issue, so I called up Gurjeet ji who assisted me in finding the missing tap in one of the candle box. Really impressed with a way my concern was addressed. Thanks!!

Water purifier working very nice. . lm using last three days . . water is in good taste. . . . first fill it two times and drain it fully. . . . Fill it again third time it comes good taste . . . I'm satisfied. . . Only one thing I'm not satisfied. . it was difficulty in delivery

I have been using this filter for the last two years. A very good product. Recently I bought 2 candles . Unfortunately the candles did not filter water. I called Customer service. Gurjeet attended to my call. She was excellent. She took my problem to the end and ensured I got fresh candles . The after service was also very good. She called to see if the candles are filtering properly. Beginning to end service for a problem was very good.
