Great filter and amazing support! Steel body is sturdy, tap is high quality, and knobs work perfectly. Huge thanks to Mr. Tamoghna and the CS team for resolving a delivery mess so quickly. One star off only for the delivery service—my order was “on route” for almost a month, then sent back without any call or message. Once CS stepped in, I got it in 5 days. Product itself is excellent!

I recently purchased the 24 Litre Rama Water Filter with 4 Spirit candles and an SS tap for my family of 4, and I’m extremely happy with it! The water tastes great, and the filter works efficiently. Writing this review after 6 months of using the Rama water filter. I get municipal water and the overall experience has been very good. Requires minimum maintenance. Water tastes much better than any RO filter water
