The bike itself was great, delivered on time , easy to put together. I assembled it the day before Christmas and when my daughter got it on Christmas the front tire was flat (yes both tires were inflated correctly). It was a real shame and ruin the moment a little bit.

Shipping service and support person was not great to deal with. Wont be buying from Raleigh again

Bike wonderful. Screws loose in cardboard packaging? ? Used or opened before so no screws for mudguard must have fallen out , luckily had some similar size for Xmas day to build!
