The bike came as an assembly, all the parts were there. It was packed well.

Reasonable delivery time (8 working days). Well packaged and minimum building required. Pleased with bikes so far and a lot of bike for the money.

The bike is fine and I am ultimately pleased with it, but the service provided for the delivery to home was very poor: *None of the protective packaging was used *The video instructions did not include all of the assembly options (e. g. attaching a quick release wheel) *Neither the video or written instructions explained how to index gears (which was something I was not expecting to have to do) *When I contacted customer services to explain there was a piece missing and my gears were making a funny noise I was initially told to look in the box and take my bike to a bike shop to get the gears indexed. *I still haven't received a replacement piece (only minor-handlebar cap, but when you have paid this much for a bike you expect to get all the pieces). So although the bike is good I would not recommend it unless you can get it professionally assembled.

I spent some time researching e-bikes before choosing the Raleigh Motus Tour with Hub Gears and very good spec - I wanted a European made bike, not a Chinese one which wouldn't last. My husband and I are enjoying our bikes and have been on a number of excursions and the bikes have performed brilliantly. Raleigh were very helpful and responded quickly when one bike turned up and the other didn't and sorted it out with the couriers. The website is clear and easy to use and to order from.

Packaged well. Delivered on time, but not safe to ride despite being assembled and checked by a Raleigh engineer prior to dispatch as many basic setup steps on the tick sheet had not been completed despite a tick to say they had. Great bike though.

Bike great. Purchasing experience not so, no tools, not even a cheap 15mm pedal spanner. Online videos all mention you supply tools, I didn’t get anything to put the bike together or any info on how to complete its setup. Fast delivery, but overall disappointed in the experience.
