I really like the plain and classy designs so ordered one of the polo tops but I have to say I was disappointed by the quality of the stitching on the top I received. Because the returns policy isn’t the most straight forward I’ve decided to keep the top anyway but I think they really should keep closer checks on quality control - especially given their prices aren’t exactly the cheapest UPDATE - following the above review someone from Raith’s customer service team contacted me and arranged for a free return of the original top I received and sent me a new replacement which I’ve received today. The new top is much better quality (although still not perfect … or maybe I’m just very fussy!). So overall I would say their customer service is very good - thank you! … I do still think they need to tighten up their quality control measures though to prevent these type of returns being needed in the first place and hopefully this is something they can continue to improve going forward.
