Decent quality garments

I’ve been buying from Raith for about 18 months now, after first seeing their promotional material on Facebook. Im always a bit sceptical when dealing with firms i’ve not heard of before, or lack a High Street presence, but each purchase or product return has been dealt with immediately (literally within hours), without question and with complete efficiency and professionalism. The quality of their polos and knitwear also compare to the likes of Orlebar Brown, but at a more favourable price. All in all i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with the products - they fit very well. Always a bit of a gamble buying online. Very efficient service too - arrived in a couple of days.

Decent clobber reasonably priced

Pros: Garment quality was great, and shipped and arrived within a week. I thought the price was fair at $110 USD, and the website and was fantastic - kudos on the number of photos of the garment, because it helped me make my purchasing decision. I loved the feel of the garment, not sure what material you're using but felt quality with the right amount of stretch. Also, the pattern of the dogstooth was super cool and is what drew me to the shirt to begin with. Cons: The sizes run small. Shame on me for not having a measuring tape handy to measure my shoulders and arms, I just go off the "size" name. I ordered a Joseph Dogtooth Overshirt - Black/Brown in size XL. I'm 6'2" and built like Henry Cavill with a 44 chest. The model in the photo is the same height but with a 40 chest and was wearing a large. I planned on wearing it open (similar to how the model wore his), so I figured an XL would be perfect. Unfortunately, it was too tight! My shoulders/biceps were stretching against the fabric, and it felt about 1" too short to wear as an overshirt with my build. I think the biggest bummer was there was no option to exchange, only to return, and I couldn't select "wrong size" as a reason for returning. Now, I'm getting charged $21 USD to ship it back for a return (not an exchange for a bigger size), which is a huge bummer. Not knowing if the next size up will fit, and not wanting to risk having to pay another $21 USD return fee if it doesn't, I don't think I'll be shopping at Raith again. I'm disappointed by this, because I like their styles and wish I could order things without fearing a return fee in the US so I could dial-in what my size is with their brand.

Loved the pattern and the quality of the trunks but I wish they came in a slightly shorter inseam.

Quality of shirt is good. . . not happy about cost to return an item, especially if the cause is to determine which size fits best. Update- management team reached out to resolve the return cost issue and are working on a more permanent solution. Was happy to hear as I plan to purchase more from RAITH.
