I have been struggling with a return since January (it's now May). First they said they would provide a replacement pair of pants (because of broken zipper), weeks passed without receiving it. Then when I contacted them again, they sent another pair, but it was the wrong pants. Now I'm told I have to re-order (and pay for) the pants I want and they will pay me back...how can I trust that will happen, based on experience to date? It seems maybe Rafaella is trying to run their customer service via AI - ridiculous errors that don't acknowledge prior communications. Very ineffective and frustrating!
