I bought some items from Rafaella that i liked, and some that performed miserably. There was a jacket that shed color while wearing it under normal office conditions and ruined the blouse that I was wearing under that jacket. There was a jacket that was advertised as "fully lined" that did not have any lining at all. The size chart is not much help, not quite predictive of the actual fit. I would also say that size chart and actual fit are inconsistent. Finally, MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS provide info on the item overall length (pants, dresses, shirts) - this is essential. I do not want to guess the length by estimating the height of the model, then figuring out how this item will look on me. I do not want to0 deal with the hassle of try on and ship back more than it is absolutely necessary. Finally, you NEED to have a good, US-based customer service, reachable by phone, if you want people to buy more from your e-commerce site.
