I ma thoroughly pleased with this purchase! I got some sage advice when I called and ended up with a great solution for my home network.

The duct is sturdy metal with a metal cover that is easy on and off. The 3 inches of space holds a lot of cable and the fingers are spaced so that wires from a full switch fit neatly. My goal was to clean up the wires under my switches, and this does a great job. And the snap-on cover makes it convenient to add or remove the cables. I was also impressed with the packaging and how quickly they arrived.

This rack will do exactly what we need!

Unique reasonably priced products good service

Had an issue with one of the parts, was missing screw grommets, contacted Rackmount and they had a replacement part sent to me within a few days. Great customer service.

I ordered a Wall Mounted Rack after going through an issue with another company ordering the same rack, only to find out it was never sent and nobody will answer so had to go through paypal to get the money back on it. Order the same rack from here for cheaper which is a plus, it was shipped out, but delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully the person who item was delivered to was kind enough to find contact info I assume on the package and call me to alert me of this. Then had to deal with UPS to go back to pick up the package from the wrong address to be told it would be delivered that same night after about an hour and a half. 2 Hours goes by and then i find out it was picked up but wont be delivered until the next day. Of course UPS says shipper made an error creating the label but I am not sure yet as I am writing the review the night this all happened. I will make a new review or change it depending on the state of the equipment if/when i do get it.

Good solid rack. Easy to assemble. Fast shipping.

Mounted very easily with another person holding it. Plenty of space for small business applications and can see the potential as a supplemental piece for larger applications. Sturdy build and the support crosses on the top and bottom are very well designed.

I wanted to confirm an item was in stock. Laura at Rackmount Solutions looked at the manufacturer's site but then went so far as to call them to confirm the item was in stock. I'm super impressed. This was my first purchase from Rackmount Solutions. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Good company, great rack, easy to assemble, heavy duty, very adjustable...Not major, but rack screws go in easy..sometimes other rack screws are not easy to screw in and align. Very please with this product.

Order did not get put in or ship on time. I was told the second time it would ship without shipping fees because of Rackmount error, but this morning im trying to straighten out the paperwork, because we've been billed for both.
