The rack appeared to be in stock when I have placed the order, however it was a ~3 week lead on the item. I was immediately charged despite the item not being available. The rack was shipped damaged. The packaging did not show any sign of damage. So the rack left the facility with a big dent on the side. BTW there is no quality control sticker on the rack!!! I have paid ~$400 for shipping to make sure this piece of metal arrives undamaged and it still did not matter.

use of a freight company which has a long track record of terrible service is not our idea of a good experience... Worse making excuses for the freight company and not entertaining other options dose not help. Your web site should be a little more clear on availability of product.

Metal is thick and sturdy. Using to hold a 12v 100ah battery, 70lbs. For a backup system mounted to concrete wall. So far it is holding up well.
