Amazing repair and service from the Rab service centre. I thought my Nebula pro jacket was destined for the bin when I damaged the back of it, but thanks to the Rab service centre, it looks as good as new. Many thanks to Sophia for making such a fantastic job of the repair.

I recently sent my Rab jacket in for repair after I snagged the arm on some barbed wire and honestly thought it was beyond saving. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The repair work is outstanding — it genuinely looks as good as new. It even feels like they’ve topped up some of the filling, which was a really nice surprise. The whole process was smooth and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. I’m seriously impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service 100%.
