Repair was well done with a contrasting color, Good communication and easy to follow instructions for mailing. Would recommend Rab repair just takes a few weeks so plan ahead.

About 6 months ago I had a rather expensive coat cleaned by the RAB service centre, they cleaned it and sent me messages to say they had found an issue with it and although they sent it back to me as it was still perfectly usable it was below the standard they are famous for. They sent me a voucher to purchase a new one when the latest model came out, I ordered it as soon as it was available and received it recently. That is what I call superb customer service so rest assured the system works. Thanks RAB.

Great service from start to finish. Quick turnaround. Had tried washing jacket myself but the down had clumped really badly at some parts. Rab’s wash service sorted it out and jacket came back looking new. Very happy and would highly recommend this service.
