I bought 2 of the sleep gummies. The Blue Dream and Snoozeberry. Honestly it didn’t help that much, so a little disappointed. The ones we buy from another state has 2mg of THC, which does work better for us. If you have anything with THC in it, would love to try it.

I use the Delta 8 gummies. I started using them to help me relax and sleep better. My sleep has improved greatly. I’ve been using them for about a year and a half now and continue to keep using them. I only take 1/2 a gummie and that is enough for me. One bottle lasts for 2 months for me.
