Bought a cartridge because I had run out. Didn’t know that the website doesn’t ship to Iowa. Found out that they didn’t when my order was stuck in Omaha. I had assumed it would have just never arrived, but even tho they say they don’t ship to Iowa, apparently they do, bc mine arrived 3 days after original delivery date. If I would have known it was still going to be delivered I wouldn’t have had to go get a brand new one. USPS updates and website updates aren’t always up to date. Customer service help page doesn’t really help either. Just know I won’t be buying here again mainly because it was too much effort for no reason
