I ordered the hat on May 19th and it still hasn't arrived! Your shipping partner Shop is awful. I'm very disappointed with Quicksilver. 0 stars.

First shipping good value and well designed website

I can’t review a shirt I never received on time. It’s stuck in transit, and now I’m being asked for feedback while I’m still trying to figure out how to get the package at all. The delay has made this a frustrating experience, especially since I may need to arrange pickup elsewhere or have it forwarded to my home in New York City. That’s not acceptable.

Relaxed fit, runs big

Have loved QS since I was a kid in the 90s. I have unfortunately limited my purchases since free shipping was taken away from reward members when the company sale happened. Even free shipping after $35 or $50 would bring back a lot of older loyal customers.

If you want new trunks for summer, order at Christmas because it takes over a month (and still waiting) for delivery
