There was a delay in shipping. I sent a chat and AI was on it super-fast. Also,slow c/c transaction. Sent second chat and it was finally resolved. This is my first problem in many years and I think this holiday season they were probably running short on help or something. All good now!

Wish the mesh was in better shape. It was bulging from the sides. Doesn’t look good when you’re wearing the hat. I gave it to the homeless.

My experience with quicksilver was bad, ordered a jacket and it never shipped out, attempted to contact quicksilver via email but received no response.

I would give zero stars if I could. I already explained why in another review. Still waiting for customer service to get back to me a week later after 6 emails and 4 phone calls to representatives telling me I would get my refund and yet here I am still waiting. JUST AWFUL.
