Customer service was great.

The directions are kink of vague but I was able to figure it out.

Cabinets were great, delivery was on time even early!

The cabinets are very simple to assemble and the quality of the wood and frame on the front is very nice. Unfortunately one of the shelves came slightly damaged and I’m hoping customer service will respond and send a replacement. Overall easy shipping and turnaround on ordering. Will buy again.

Gee, I wish I could this pantry, but it and the other cabinets we ordered and paid for haven’t even shipped.

After looking high and low for the ideal cabinet solution I was pleased to discover quicklock who promptly delivered the package to my home. My $540 purchase however (18X24" kitchen lower) came in a box, unassembled. I will be calling the company promptly and returning their merchandise for a refund.

Easy process all the way through. I was happy to find quick lock cabinets and may use again in the future.

The cabinets went together okay for the price however there were 4 shelf pegs missing.

I contacted customer service to verify that I was ordering the correct side (R vs L). I was ignored and the wrong side was sent Item also was poorer quality than anticipated from website description

Both myself and the general contractor hired to refinish two bathrooms couldn't believe the quality and finish of the Rustic Hickory cabinets. So "high end". Easy to assemble too. They really elevate my mountain cabin. I'll be ordering the cabinets for the kitchen very soon! I'll add photos when they complete the bathrooms.

Customer support was great. My autofill put the wrong address during checkout. I realized right after I had hit confirm and sent a message through the help chat after business hours. They got back to be the next morning and adjusted the address for me. Shipping was pretty fast.

Ordered a cabinet after I called their CS to make sure it was IN STOCK. Burned by another retailer already. They assured me it was in stock and they didn’t have time to place an order for me. Which, btw, I never asked them to do. Just needed to know I would get the cabinet if I placed the order. Ordered after I hung up, got an email and FedEx tracking number. Two days later got an email telling me, “oooohhh my bad we don’t have that. Canceling your order. So sorry. ” Won’t ever order from them again.

I needed an extra molding strip for the wonderful raw hickory cabinets previously purchased. Once again the order process was easy and it arrived quickly. The customer service is also superb!
