Easy to apply to cabinet and looks great

I contacted customer service to verify that I was ordering the correct side (R vs L). I was ignored and the wrong side was sent Item also was poorer quality than anticipated from website description

Poor customer service poor packaging and I have still yet to get a refund for my poor quality item that was damaged during shipping

Both myself and the general contractor hired to refinish two bathrooms couldn't believe the quality and finish of the Rustic Hickory cabinets. So "high end". Easy to assemble too. They really elevate my mountain cabin. I'll be ordering the cabinets for the kitchen very soon! I'll add photos when they complete the bathrooms.

Customer support was great. My autofill put the wrong address during checkout. I realized right after I had hit confirm and sent a message through the help chat after business hours. They got back to be the next morning and adjusted the address for me. Shipping was pretty fast.

Ordered a cabinet after I called their CS to make sure it was IN STOCK. Burned by another retailer already. They assured me it was in stock and they didn’t have time to place an order for me. Which, btw, I never asked them to do. Just needed to know I would get the cabinet if I placed the order. Ordered after I hung up, got an email and FedEx tracking number. Two days later got an email telling me, “oooohhh my bad we don’t have that. Canceling your order. So sorry. ” Won’t ever order from them again.

samples finally came after having to follow up on it as to where it was. loved the samples , just took a while to get here . delayed decision making process for me.

This was a great experience, although I had some challenges with FedEx loosing track of one of the eight packages. Ordering online was incredibly easy and when I contacted Katie in customer service the experience was exceptional. We have some additional cabinetry plans in the future and we will definitely be back.

Blind cabinet was easy to assemble, looks great. Only thing was it didn't match the photo online and on the box. It had a opening in the middle of the cabinet, online and the photo didn't show this.
