I am looking to purchase one of these units, the 7000TLX for my truck and SUV. What I can not understand is why I have to add more money to purchase pinch weld blocks as an added accessory for my SUV and not be able to select them as an option? I will never use those other blocks and will just sit in the cabinet. These are nice jacks and after using my friends for a year I want to purchase my own. but have to add these addition accessories and pay for items I won't use I am reconsidering.

Jacks are nice. . . pricey. . . . but accessories need some work on them

I purchased my 7000TL from a friend who had set it up and used it once. I set it up in my shop and had a couple small issues. The air cylinders had not been set to proper psi and wouldn’t go down completely, my mistake. The help and customer service I received for even just a small issue was phenomenal! If I ever get a chance to install a full lift, I’ll be contacting BendPak (parent company) for sure! I can’t thank y’all enough for the help and support to even the little guys and for the little issues, excellent job QuickJack. Do not hesitate to purchase one if you’ve thought about it, it’s a game changer! Much love from Texas

This lift system is awesome. One just needs to read and understand the instructions AND DO THE SET UP LIKE IT SHOWS. DO your measuring of your vehicles lift points and the weight. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. even after U. P. S, Dropped the pump twice and damaged them. The awesome team, at Q-J, took care of the problem, it did take a month, for the pump and parts to get to me. This was no fault of Q-J. Just a shipping thing. thank you, QUICK JACK.

QuickJack tech support on the phone is good. Their shipping is fine. But their product configuration is lacking.

Had an issue with a hydraulic quick connect part. Contacted customer service and they overnighted a new part to me. Extremely helpful and responsive to my needs.

Beware when purchasing this product if good customer support is important. My QuickJack arrived with broken parts and QuickJack has broken an agreement to deliver replacement parts 2 times. To this date, they have not even been able to provide so much as a tracking number and I am very disappointed with this company and the QuicjJack.

The quickjack looks great. I received all the things I ordered except for the lightbar. I emailed customer service and still have not gotten a response or refund for the lightbar.

For those of us who have limited floor space, this is the answer. I wish I could have been able to purchase many years ago. I believe this was one of my better purchases.

I'M LIMITED ON SPACE IN MY SHOP SO THE 7000TL IS THE PERFECT OPTION FOR ME. I HAVE RESEARCH FOR A CAR LIFT THAT SUITS MY NEEDS BUT EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE SEEN IS TOO BIG OR PRICED A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANT TO PAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE QUICKJACK 7000TL WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR VERSATILITY AND PRICE.

The QuickJack works as expected. I am glad I made this investment. If you read the setup instructions or watch the videos (I did both) setup is easy. I saw some complaints by others, the problem many experienced was due to not reading the instructions. For example, the cure time for the thread sealant needs 24-hours cure. I chose to use Teflon tape and was ready to go the same day. They are much heavier than I expected which makes it a bit more difficult than I would like. I wish I had purchased the SUV and Light Truck Adapter Kit when I ordered My QuickJack. I did order this from Home Depot, and they will deliver it to my house with free Shipping. All in all, this is working fine I did a tire rotation and will be doing an oil change in the next few days.
