I ordered a Quickjack two months ago. My credit card was charged at the time. I was told the unit was in stock. Two months later I have not received the Quickjack and Kevin Hale has stopped responding to my emails. Quickjack makes a great product but they have no competitor. Perhaps this is why they have horrendous customer service.

Shipping had no issues. Much easier to use and set up then chatter indicates. I store adapters and pump in typical cases they sell from tool storage.

Purchased Quickjack 5000TLX online with many connectors pre installed upon receipt. Having many hydraulic connectors pre installed is an absolute blessing. Overall QuickJack product quality is 5 Star. Product Setup and Operation Manual is 5 Star. Product packaging is 5 Star. Quickjack works as advertised for my C8 Corvette Zo6.

My QuickJack arrived as advertised. All the components were there. Assembly was easy. Instruction manual was up to date and accurate. I had one question about the hydraulic lines and customer service answered it right away. Love the 7000TL Bundle.

I have been wanting a lift solution for years. With that said, I researched many products before settling on Quick Jack. Then once I did, I researched within Quick Jack, read all the reviews, read how to pick your Jack, being sure to measure your vehicles lift points, then watched you tube videos that pointed out both Pros and Cons. The main Cons seemed to be leaking fittings and or improper product selection on the buyers behalf. Once I ordered I was pleasantly surprised to find that my unit seemed to have all the, what I will call user errors, fixed by having some steps already completed by the factory, and they updated the instructions to include all the info that YouTube reviewers brought up. Now I am very handy, but the instructions are easy to follow. I opted for Teflon tape and did not use the included liquid thread sealer, (mainly because I am impatient and did not want to wait for it to cure for 24 hours) but I did not have a single leak, not one drop. I lifted my wife's van, and my son's Mustang. I can say, without a doubt, these are well built, and absolutely worth it. Could not be happier.

This QuickJack has made my life so much easier! Getting my cars and truck up in the air is so much easier, faster, higher AND safer. This is worth every hard earned dollar I paid for it. My only regret is waiting too long to get this! Thank you QuickJack (and my wife for encouraging its purchase!) for my new favorite tool in my garage. Every age and skill level of wrench spinner deserves the luxury, safety and ease of use this QuickJack delivers.

For those considering a purchase, my experience with QuickJack customer service has been exceptional. When I incorrectly suspected I was missing items, QuickJack answered my concern on the same day, and exchanging multiple emails each day. Thereafter when I subsequently purchased the wrong set of pinch weld blocks, QuickJack resolved MY mistake, being extremely generous when assisting. The quick positive responses have convinced me QuickJack prioritizes customer satisfaction.

I've been working on vehicles since I was a teenager and always had access to a regular full lift. Now I'm close to 60 and I can't put a full lift in my garage. My garage is 30x30 but with only 10 feet ceiling. I've been looking at these quick Jack for a while. Yes I can't walk under the vehicle, but I can get better under vehicle access than with a floor jack. To give you a better visual picture, I can have the Quick Jack on the highest position 24. 5 inches and when I'm on the creeper I can almost extend my entire arm length to touch the bottom of the vehicle. These lifts are very heavy about 100 pounds each, and well built. I have had no issues with leaking, or leaks at the hose fittings. No issues with the pump or any accessories or adaptors. I think for the money they are a great alternative to a 2 or 4 post lift. Especially when you don't have the high ceiling, you don't want to drill holes in your garage floor, the concreate in your garage isn't to spec, or you only lift your vehicle occasionally. The one thing I would change is the hoses. They are not rubber but that material that gets stiff when it's cold or chilly and they are hard to work with because they want to keep curling up. Other than that they work fine and are good length. I got the hangers to hang them on the wall, but it's a chore to hang them because of the weight. I'm close to 60 now and have back problems along with Arthritis so I just leave them on the floor and roll them out of the way along the wall. I put a wheel kit on mine and can move them around with 1 finger. It took a while to get them positioned correctly under the car at first, but after a few lifts you get pretty fast at it even on different vehicles. I have all the adaptors and it makes a great addition to my garage. It's so much easier to do auto repairs and maintenance now. I should have gotten these sooner. I will say read the manual. From ordering to shipping you guys at quickjack have been awesome. It helps being owned by a reputable brand like Bendpak. I was slow to warm up to the idea of a mid rise lift but you guys knocked it out of the park on this one.
