I have been happily using your inks in my printer for years, so if you had asked me 6 months ago, I would have given 5 stars, but suddenly the printer no longer recognizes the ink cartridges. I have reached out 2x now to see about getting a refund, but still no response. So my star rating is quickly dwindling.
