Perhaps it's an acquired taste given the number of favourable reviews. I found the Sourdough had a sweet taste and a bitter after taste. I had to keep it in the freezer and use one or two slices at a time so only used for toast. It did not have a texture that I would use for sandwiches.

Before I start this review I wanted to say that Queen Street Bakery products are MY MOST FAVOURITE gluten free breads! I was excited to try the sourdough line. The taste is exceptional but it’s not agreeing with me. Please don’t make my review deter your choice. They the sourdough. Is so soft and so hearty! It’s jus not agreeing with me

I usually buy the bagels 🥯 in Store at a grocery store. The bagels are probably the best tasting gluten free bagels that I ever had and loaded with seeds, keep up with the great products.

Absolute BEST tasting Gluten Free Bagels, English Muffins I have ever eaten. Super ingredients with high Fiber content keeps me feeling full for much longer!

Phenomenal product! Tried it first time few weeks ago went Costco started to carry them and I can't stop buying them and promoting them to F&F with allergies and need to eat GF. It such a satiaious bagel, tastes very good with a nice intake of fiber compared to veg oil infused wheat bagels. I really hope Queen Street can continue to create economies of scale with larger customer base and not reduce quality. I believe I'll be a customer for life. Keep it up! These cinnamon raisin bagels are not good at all. Having just opened and toasted one ! I was trying to chew this very very dry flavorless bagel. There is also an off putting bitter taste to them. Very disappointing ! 8$ wasted !

I am writing this from my breakfast nook where I am still finishing my first bagel from this brand. It's by far one of the better gf bagels I've had, and is even better than most gluten-filled seed/superfood bagels I remember having before developing celiac. It has good bite, some fluff, plenty of texture, and does not fall apart AT ALL. The absolute best thing though, the thing that inspired me to write this before even finishing it, is that the top and bottom halves of the bagel were frozen separately so they don't stick together. After years of broken nails, minor stab wounds, and a variety of other hand injuries from trying to pry apart gf bagels, it felt like a miracle this morning to just wake up, pull a half out, and drop it in the toaster. No fuss, no mess, no stress. Honestly even if these were super mid I would buy them just for that fact, but they're not, they're delicious! 100/10 and a forehead kiss for your whole staff

LOVE LOVE LOVE these bagels! For the ingredients and being free from most things, the flavor was 10/10. I think I got through the bag of cinnamon raisin bagels in less than a week. A must!
