Good flavor , a little heavy for my digestion. I really couldn't taste the sourdoe. I will probably try your white bread, to see if its a lighter texture. Ty for the opportunity to voice my opinion. Ron

Have on line ordered 3 tines from Wueen St Bakery and very pleased and relieved to have found such a tasty GF product that satisfies my craving for multi grain bread. The fact that its sour dough also is the topper. The English muffins are another bonus. One thing I've noticed when consuming this product is that the psyllium used requires that I drink plenty of water afterwards to help my bowel manage the bulking action of the psyllium. Without enough water, constipation can be a problem. . Just a caution for others.

Well I have been looking for good gluten breads for awhile and I thought I had found one. Unfortunately all these products contain bean flour. Anyone on a fodmap diet will likely have to look elswhere. It’s too bad because the breads are delicious,

Was looking forward to freshly baked products. I received an email a day or 2 after ordering indicating that they were boxing up my items and said i should expect an email with the tracking number when it was shipped. 1 1/2 weeks later, i still hadn't received the tracking number. I emailed them . No response. I emailed them again. Their response was that it was with the courier. Not sure about that since I didn't get a tracking number. I was looking forward to some freshly baked products. I have now run out of bread. If they are actually sitting in a vehicle, I don't want the week and a half old products that haven't been frozen or refrigerated. I just want my fresh order of items.

These are so delicious! Even my gluten eating husband prefers the QSB english muffins to other brands.

Love the products but still haven’t gotten a response to my email with regard to the large order that was sent to me. I thought I was ordering a 2 packages of English muffins & 2 packages of Hamburg buns. I got 2 BOXES of each! Plus a box of bagels. That’s a lot of bread for one person. Wish this was made more clear on their online ordering. Also I tried to order the started box but I kept getting a message that they don’t deliver to me & I live in Ontario about 2hrs from where they are located.

I love Queen Street Bakery products but held off trying the English muffins because I thought it unrealistic to have a true English muffin taste. I was very pleasantly surprised! They are light and delicious! While they don’t have the holes/pockets in them like a regular one, they recreated the lightness of them and flavor was fantastic!

Thank you for making a vegan, GF bread that doesn't fall apart, doesn't taste like eating paper, and isn't made with refined sugars. Queen St did a great job! I'm very pleased and will be a loyal customer. I've tried all 3 options -- I love the sourdough bread for sandwiches, the raisin cinnamon bagels with a smear of peanut butter and the english muffins I use to make into croutons and add to soups and salads. All are fabulous!
