Entire process was a breeze!

Very easy process to upload, order and receive in a matter of days!

I send monthly postcards and quarterly magazines from Quantum for my RE business. I love that I can upload my own design, review a proof, or have a professional review done before printing. They have great prices & people, and deliver so quickly! Consistently awesome, I am grateful for them and their contribution to my success.

The 2 postcards that we received, one at home and one at our business, the ink was smudged on both, leaving some of the print difficult to read.

While it was absolutely a pain in the rear end to upload a design from Canva, the print quality was pretty good. Matte 130 gloss postcard, It did arrive a little more beat up than I would have liked and not shiny at all, so next time I would get the UV protection. It took longer to receive than I had hoped since my order was small (placed April 7th, received April 23rd) but they did state 8-10 business days. I will probably use them again just because I never want to have to go through that upload a process again with another company!

It should be more obvious on your site when you upload a postcard that you need to click a box to have one sent to yourself. It should be automatic and part of the service. I sent out postcards and have no idea what they received. I called and was told I needed to request one. Then, I was sent a screenshot of the little box without much consideration.

Highly Recommend! The service is personable, professional, and always on time! My rep (Gwen B.) went ABOVE and BEYOND to inform and instruct me in correcting the setup of my design...! I am beyond grateful to know that her level of service STILL exist; especially during these challenging times for businesses whom are short staffed and employees who are overwhelmed, overworked, and over being customer service oriented! Cards never were sent out we added tracking to our QR code. I have never used a service and had this result.
