Speakers sound great however customer service is lacking. Couldn’t understand the overseas rep and my email has gone unanswered. Need help with obtaining a longer connection cable.

Great projection
None of the lids on the borosilicate glass set stay on. They all popped off in the fridge overnight. Tried again a second night and the same thing happened. Unsure if this is actual borosilicate - observation based on color. Haven't tested.

Customer service responds within 24 hrs, but the part to replace the one that arrived smashed is still “out of stock “ for 4 months now.
UTV Soundbar PATVSB4600 works well. Replacement brackets and hardware are not in stock for this soundbar.
After about 4 months had issue with blown fuse and circuit board turned black at the fuse location Contacted them and responded next day after information exchange sent a full replacement that arrived in a few days

I contacted customer service. The representative listened to my concerns and promptly took care of my issue. I’m very appreciative of the great customer service.
No hassle replacement
The bluetooth speaker did bluetooth to my Dish Network Receiver but I had no volume control, they played full volume. The Pyle Tech was not much help as he was just telling me what I have already did or have been trying to get volume control over the speakers. I returned the speakers as they were not much use to me in the above condition, playing at full volume.
I had an issue and it was resolved quickly. I am very satisfied.
