As mentioned in product review, no issues with ordering online or shipping. The product just didnt clean shower grout as I was hoping it would.

The iron was delivered promptly and packaged well.

Poor customer service. You can only email? That's odd. Got an email response that was curt and you didn't offer to replace or refund. Terrible.

I told customer service that I didn’t know that my order was going to be fulfilled by Amazon, that this information should be noted in their listings. They only repeated that it was fulfilled by Amazon which didn’t really address my complaint.
