It was easy to order. Their shipping is very fast. My only complaint is somebody had to be there to sign. I had to take a day off because I missed the delivery.

I received my order and did not like the faucet I purchased. I called customer service and explained that I wanted to exchange the faucet for a better one. She said that I had to send an email explaining what was wrong and a photo. I received an email back just stating if I want to return it there would be a 20% restocking fee, and nothing about exchange it for a better one. I should have gotten a phone call back to explain my options.

I’ve been ordering from Pure n Natural Systems for several years. I have a reverse osmosis system. They send it out and require a signature upon arrival. In today’s world, I really appreciate the added security.

This is advertised for cigar smokers and removing smoke. It doesn't remove smoke. It removes the odor of smoke.
