Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had an issue that could have cost me over $60. , but Pure Encapsulations didn’t hesitate to resolve the issue.

Good. Was a bit confused when the product arrived as the return address did not indicate it was direct from PE, however it looks like it was a distribution center; but didn’t realize that right way, and had to do a bit of research to assure authenticity. Would be great to indicate PE as the sender to avoid any confusion. Otherwise a great experience.
