I don't like that the app Shop hinders me from making a purchase directly and only through Pure Encapsulation. I tried and tried to place the order without having to use that worthless app Shop. Additionally, the product wasn't delivered when Shop said it would be. I liked it much better when I could buy products directly through pure encapsulation.
