The ordering process was fine. I just needed to have put a rush on the order I made because of an upcoming performance, if I had wanted to be able to use the dress as a backup option. But the dress needed to be altered, and it ended up not being as appealing and as flattering to me as I had hoped that it might be.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size & need to exchange them from 39. 5 to 41! I had an accident & was in The hospital right after I received them. I don’t know where to send them 😢

Pure Flamenco is going to be my go to Flamenco store. I have had a truly amazing experience. The shoes I ordered didn’t fit how I like and I had an issue with the return. The customer service were quick to respond to my emails and followed up with answers and were amazingly patient. I have ordered from them again already because of how impressed I am with their communication and kindness.
