I love the products, but the website needs to address some user experience issues. The largest issue I noticed was when looking at items in multiple browser tabs, adding something from a different tab completely wiped out the items which were previously in your cart. I thought the first couple time it was just an accident until I figured out why it was happening. It took me almost an hour to complete my order. I guarantee most people don’t have that sort of patience.
