The one box that shipped from Shreveport, LA came in a huge bag and the cans broke out into the bag and dented the cans. Should have sent in a small box. I live in a rural area and USPS won't deliver large ctns, UPS does. Every time I order I have to fill out all my info again and yet I know you have it already because you send me e-mails.

I really like this product. I had to order the next box from Amazon. I would rather order from you. I hope you can fix the following issues: The plastic envelope is not enough for the light weight box which came open inside the envelope. The cans fell out inside the envelope and got bashed around so they arrived dented. I ordered the 3 fish types selections tuna, salmon and sardines, but got a selection of chicken, duck and beef. I'm having the cats try it out, but they really like the fish. There was no explanation and the sticker on the box said that it was the 3 fish types, tuna, salmon and sardines. The printing on the box was for chicken, duck and beef.

Best quality cat food we have ever seen. Our two cats love the food. It’s the only cat food that they devour their meal without picking up their head to look around!
