As to ordering, process was very easy. As to product, haven't received it yet but my 5 cats loved the chicken variety so I'm sure they will also love the tuna flakes variety pack as well. They are very picky family members! I did comment that I just missed the 15% discount offer that I saw on website right after I ordered, so will wait a little longer next time.

My chihuahua loved the salmon in tuna juice more than the cats. It was a winner for the little doggie

I tried to change which food we have a subscription for and it wouldn’t work. Dexter cat usually loves the food, but I think he didn’t care for whichever style we ordered. Website could use some work. Great product
