y'all. need to add a 6th star for EXCEPTIONAL. . I am a 1st time buyer who stumbled across their website. they sold me on Mercury testing because that is something I and probably a lot of us dont think about but I gave it a try so far my very senior (10) yrs old picky eaters loved the 1 case I bought. . shipping to me was extremely FAST they have a WIDE selection of food for your fur babies so give them a try. I will be a recurring customer,,

Great product, delivered timely.

I think my babies have finally found a meal that provides moisture without them having to drink a lot. It’s a miracle. The older one only ever had human tuna from the grocery. He loves all the fish flavors he’s tried so far. I only wish it were more affordable. With 2 cats, it adds up quickly.

I tried every cat food on the market, including trying to make some myself, and he still wouldn’t eat. This is the only thing my cat will eat and they’re just kittens. It’s like they came out out of their mother completely organic.

You replaced first order of damaged packaging ( inside shipping packaging), which I appreciated . The second order was the same. Internal box containing cans of food is torn in many places, and cans of food are dented. I would appreciate a refund, as I will not be feeding our cats from dented cans.

Cats love it

The breeder of our Scottish Folds gave the kittens this food. So naturally I wanted to continue it. I ordered a carton of the tuna with gravy and honestly it was a mistake. The outside shipping box said Target on it. The inside box holding the case of cat food cans had 4 different shipping stickers on it. The cat food traveled from where it was produced Saucilito? to Modesto CA to Pasco, WA to Santa Barbara, CA. I expected since I ordered directly from the manufacturer the box would come directly from the warehouse, but this was not the case. During the travels of this case of can food, it was banged around and as a result 5 of the 12 cans were dented. I won't be buying this again.

Easy to order and came quickly

I loved it! I never got any email (not even as Spam) to track the order but it was delivered! I would just add that the box and some cans were damaged. The cans were not damaged to the point they were open, but almost all of them were damaged

We've always had great customer service and support. The free shipping is great as we live in Iowa. Substitutions have been reasonable when you're out of a product. Thank you for your great products. Unfortunately, we recently had to put our cat down due to health reasons. We will be discontinuing our subscriptions, but may renew if we get a new pet. Sincerely, Judah
