Quick and easy. Products arrived quickly, in a box with a foil insulated bag with a freezer pack inside to keep the chocolates cold and prevent any melting.

What a relief that we were dealing with a fantastic company. Our order was sent by Canada Post and when it arrived CP told us there were options of where it might be? After having checked them all there was no sign of the delivery. I called your excellent customer Service Department and spoke to Nadia and she was absolutely perfect reassuring us that she would get in touch with CP and help straighten this mess out. she called us bsck very promptly and told us CP was going to leave a key in our mailbox, when that didn't work we called and Nadia surprised us by saying wherever they were the package was probably going to be affected by the elements and she would resend our order by FedEx. Sure enough a few days later the order arrived just as FedEx had told us it would. Thank you for making our day.
