I ordered this product during an after Christmas sale. The item was sold out so I didn't get it. I have had this product before and love to give it as a hostess gift when attending gatherings. I love Purdy's quality.

It tastes just fine, and the cosmetic misalignment of the drizzle just makes it look more interesting

FedEx lost my package, and after reaching out to Purdy's I was quickly sent a replacement order. I'm very satisfied with the customer service at Purdy's, they were helpful and empathetic. And I'm very grateful that they were willing to replace the items for me. I'll still buy in store I won't order off the website again as long as they ship with FedEx. By far the worst courier I've ever delt with.

Communication of delivery could have been better

Loved the no sugar almond and mint dark choc bars, the Dubai and hedgehogs, not so much the ginger chocs. The shipping was fast, well packed, and nice for Xmas. Sorry the cherry chocs were sold out.
