Since I usually order with a live person, which I prefer, I was a little skeptical about ordering online, but it all went smoothly and I felt confident that the order would arrive in a timely manner, as I was sending to family who were celebrating birthdays. I sent them what I love, the dark ginger and the cherries. I'll do it again another time!

It was a great experience when I was transferred to a person because I was having trouble with the online ordering. The girl was fantastic, took her time with making sure my order was correct and then dealing with my payment with an email since they cannot take the info on the phone. I was impressed that they check the temperature, so my order did not get held up in a warehouse to melt. Th package arrived well wrapped even with a freezer pack and the tracking was exactly as they said. Will definitely order again because I can custom order what my favorites are! Thank you Purdy's!

Excellent service from the main office. I would not suggest using Canada Post, as it took too long to arrive. Fortunately, the head office stepped in to confirm arrival and the condition of the chocolates, which turned out to be fine. They had promised to replace anything that wasn't in pristine condition. So, I would purchase again, but not use Canada Post to send.
