I bought an anklet as a gitft for a friend, it is now broken, a day after wearing it. She was really upset as she loved it. Very disappointed.

I do not know what has happened with this company. I have purchased in the past with no problems, however this year has been terrible. It took one month to receive my order and when received one of the items was completely damaged (bent). You can not get a hold of anyone to help you. My daughter received another ring from her grandmother as a gift and it too is such poor quality and looks completely tarnished. It looks like a ring from a vending machine. So disappointed!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not shop with them. I have been trying to get there assistance to track down my order for weeks and all they do is send me a link to the tracking service. I have contacted the delivery service and they have advised that Pura Vida need to contact them to raise an investigation and they refuse to do this. They are unhelpful and lack compassion or care for their customers. They couldn't even tell me the date my order was shipped and have done nothing to help.

I ordered my package 23 days ago and it STILL hasn't shipped when I paid for 4-6 day shipping. I have emailed now 3 times, tried calling, and messaged on instagram only to get absolutely no information. The things I ordered were supposed to be christmas gifts and now with only a week until christmas it's too late to order similar items from anywhere else. This has been an absolutley terrible experience and I would rate this company a 0 stars if possible. I'm so frustrated and upset. Worst customer service ever.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased some items for Christmas gifts back on November 22. At check out, it stated that it would take 4 to 6 days to process. It’s been almost 4 weeks and it still hasn’t shipped on December 15. When I wrote to customer service numerous times they stated it’s in the warehouse ready to ship, however they have said that about seven times over the past two weeks and it still hasn’t shipped. They collected my money but never shipped. Terrible customer service-no live person to speak too. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.

When I ordered an engraved neckclace I was not happy to see that it came in with the wrong charecters on it. When I realized the necklace was not what I ordered, I emailed Pura Vida shortly after to see what they could do to help. They were very quick to respond and were very helpful with respolving the issue. They instantly credited my card, allowed me to order a new one, and keep the origanal. Thank you for the great service!

when i first signed up for the bracelet club i got the wrong pack in the mail three times in a row. i was very disappointed that it had happened in the first place but much happier when they sent me the right ones for free and allowed me to keep the wrong ones too. the bracelets get dirty pretty easily and the wax wears off to fast. the jewelry is very cute but not the best quality. i really appreciate that each order comes with stickers and the most adorable jewelry bags and with the free gift i got on cyber monday, it makes the jewelry very worth the money. i like how they have good deals often to make all of the things i buy worth it. the jewelry is cute for sure but not the best quality for the money. the pins are the one thing i can guarentee are such good quality. they are so small and cute and detailed perfectly. the jewelry will never fail to be a good gift for a christmas gift exchange of random gift for anyone.

I ordered three bracelets from this company. First their shipping speed is not as they say. Second, after contacting them various times about my order, one bracelet is out stock. When contacted, they told me they had to wait to get it approved to credit my account. Excuse me! This is not how it works. I was charged within a day but can't seem to get a credit. I went through 4 people in a week just to tell me it was out of stock. If I hadn't continued to pursue would I have ever known? I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I signed up for the Pura Vida bracelet club in April and was super excited to receive my bracelets. I got it in the mail and saw that I received an incorrect pack. I messaged them and they sent a replacement for me, only for that one to also be the wrong pack. They told me that I could get a discount code or a small coupon which seemed unreasonable. Then they stopped messaging me, so I had to reach out on their email address and finally got my refund. Very disappointed will not be purchasing again.

I've gotten several bracelet sets and jewllery pieces- the turquoise ring and earrings and the raw crystal ring and earrings. Amazing pieces, well made. I have very sensitive skin- anything with any trace amounts of hard metal turns my fingers and ears green and hurts to stay on too long. The rings and earrings are all perfect for my skin, and I can wear them straight indefinitely. Thank you, I will always look here before buying anywhere else.
