Very disappointed

I ordered two rings on Black Friday in November. By early January, they still hadn’t arrived. Contacted customer support and they reprocessed the order. Weeks later, the second order never arrived. I finally just asked for a refund, which was thankfully granted. With that, they ended up sending the rings for free, which I received. This would have amended the whole situation, but after only one week of wearing them, the gem on one of the rings fell off. I wasn’t able to find it, and even if I did I’d have to superglue it. Disappointed with the whole delivery process, as well as the quality :/

Never got my package

Ordered a week almost 2weeks ago. Hoping it would get here for my moms birthday and nothing. Waited and waited nothing tracking # did nothing didn’t even track the package. Spoke to someone they said the mail lost my package . Canceled my order all together because I figured they never sent it. Got my refund but I won’t order again. I really wanted to like this place too

you can do better

Pura Vida has without fail disappointed me my past few orders. I have bought 5 rings from them and only one hasn't turned my finger green. And I bought that one in 2017. Their quality has really gone downhill and it makes me sad. On the bright side I don't have any specific complaints about their signature bracelets, but DO NOT BUY THEIR RINGS. It's a waste of money.

Stickers are cute, necklace broke

I bought a couple stickers and the Hufflepuff toggle choker a few weeks back. I gave the choker to my cousin as a birthday present, but less than a week later the charm broke off. It’s a final sale item, so I can’t return it. I normally love Pura Vida’s stuff. I have several rings from them, and I love them. But sadly this necklace isn’t up to their usual standards.

Beware: Do not order

I have ordered twice within the last few weeks & both times I didn’t receive the items for a long time. The tracking indicated a label was created and sat for weeks without being shipped. I contacted their customer service (chat feature) and every time the story was that their shipping company was having issues with updating tracking information. They asked me to contact a 3rd party (Pitney Bowes) if I don’t receive the package. What kind of company does that?? I will not be buying these overpriced bracelets again.

POOR PACKAGING!!

I've placed several orders and when merchandise arrives, they are damaged. I contacted customer care and expressed my frustration about packaging and shipping. The rings are put in flat envelopes, no support or protective wrap, no box, nothing! After they are sent through postal service, thrown around, mashed under heavy items, etc. by the time I get in the mail, the wiring is bent and integrity of ring is destroyed. It's frustrating. I email pura vida. There is no customer service phone number only chat and email. I like the products but because of shipping, packaging and lack of quality control, I won't be placing anymore orders.

I signed up for a 6 months subscription. It's been a year of me canceling and they keep charging me and shipping things. I cannot believe they get away with stealing my money and won't stop!!! AND THERE IS NO PHONE LINE. You can only email. That gets you NOWHERE!

This company is very poorly run. Twice my teenage daughter had placed an order. Her money was taken and then weeks later after she emailed a few times they responded that rhey were sold out of the item she had paid for. Unbelievable. They did refund her money but they never should have taken it if they dont have the product to sell. Never wasting time with this shoddy company again.

I have never gone from loving something so much to despising them the way I have Pura Vida. I loved their string bracelets so much, I bought dozens. But most of them break quickly. And then I bought the laptop case, it didn't fit. They said all sales are final. So I'm just out of my money. I'll never buy anything from them again

I purchased from this company multiple gifts for Christmas. Not only was one item late and had to contact the company to even get it shipped. They apologized and then the bracelet they sent broke in less than a week. They say clearly on their website they will replace but they didn't. They sent a refund which is not what I wanted or what the website says. Not only was my sons gift for his girlfriends first Christmas late but now broken and I will have to find something else for her. I honestly have never been more disappointed in a company. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Amazon where you would get better customer service and quality.

The item I bought is not even available

I bought a bracelet for my sister after the holidays since the one she wanted, she didn't get. I ordered it 2 days after Christmas and the item showed it was in stock. I then waited two weeks for the item to ship and the status showed processing the entire time with no updates. I've finally emailed support only to find out that the bracelet actually isn't in stock. If it had shown on the website that the item wasn't available, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered from them on the 30/11 and it got shipped on the 2/12 via DHL. The tracking stopped giving updates and it hasn’t moved in over 3 weeks and I assume that it got stolen or lost. I reached out to pura vida FIVE TIMES via email and one dm on instagram. If I knew that they don’t offer any customer support or the mess that I had to deal with than I would never have ordered from them.

Bummed- terrible quality for price

My daughter loves the look of these products, so over time we have purchased a few. The bracelets have been fine, but we have also purchased two rings. One thin silver wave, and one band with blue/silver waves on it. The first completely broke/snapped almost immediately, and the second started turning her skin green after wearing it. For the price of these products, they should definitely be higher quality as to not break immediately and turn your skin green. Super lame, we will not be purchasing any more products from this company- feels like it is all marketing but nothing to back it up.
