I was very disappointed. I have long taken a large amount of Magnesium, and have found that the Purality hasn't been enough so I've had to supplement it with my regular supplememts. I had hoped this one product could replace several, and might be more affordable. As a senior, that matters. Unfortunately, it doesn't.

The Curcumin product is solid. I feel like grinding up turmeric would be better of course, but I can do this easily daily. The curcumin does not taste that great and it stains my hydroflask. I'm having some real issues with my right arm and this is not magic, but I honestly think it helps.

I reckon that it’ll take a while to feel the natural advantages of your product, but I do like the packaging and its contents. In the meantime all other supplements of this type have gone in the trash. Thank you and happy Valentine’s Day!
