Purality Health has always been great. Anytime I have to delay my order due to being out of town all I have to do is email them back. I get an immediate response and my shipment is delayed exactly the time period that I specify. Never an issue!

I ordered lipsomal tumeric. I find the drops easy to take as I have difficulty swallowing capsules. I've always avoided tumeric because I don't like hot spicy flavours but these drops taste slightly sweet and not spicy. I've not been taking them for long enough to see any particular benefits, though my sore knee feels slightly better. One thing I've found is the dispenser doesn't always provide a proper dose and sometimes gets blocked.

I haven’t noticed that much of a difference with the hair renewal and I’m on my 5th bottle. It’s not better but it’s not worse either. The ashwaghanda is good though. I do feel a little calmer and my sleep is better. I do a combination of things so not really sure if Ashwagandha alone is the reason. Perhaps it’s a good add on.

Both ladies took time to help me and they solved my challenge perfecly.

Shipping is sometimes sketchy with on occasion bottles leaking. The bottles(pump bottles) can drive a person crazy, because some like the lions mane, the pump just stops working halfway through the bottle-to tumeric/cbd the pump just freezes up towards end of bottle, ashwaganda works best, and I have to take the pumps off those bottles and install them on the other bottles so they work. Service, like the vitamins, is always top notch, and am thankful for that.

Not all your e-mail's can be opened but I don't think it is all at your end, Telstra Australia are control freaks ,they sort of govern what they will let go thru. it appears it all depends on what side of the bed their controllers get out on. as for your products they are fine, shipping to Australia seems to take from 4 TO 6 weeks depending on time of year holidays and such.
