Awful customer service, failed to send the proper case multiple times, failed to send correct case upon returning. Ripped me off for an external battery. All around bad company! BUYER BEWARE!

I bought one on sale for $39. However Trump tariffs cost me an extra $25 Then when I got it, it didn’t work. It has been 72 hours now and customer service has not answered my email nor provided me with an RA number to return/exchange it.

I received the wrong color after requesting pink. This is the second time I've ordered, and the same problem has occurred again. I will be reaching out for a refund, but I don't hold out hope!. I am being charged an extra $54. 00 for duties and tariffs. There should be A MEMO on the website stating this!

Shipping was timely, however, the product was not the colour I ordered. The back cover doesn’t match the back.

Don’t buy if you’re from Canada . Their website says “CA” to trick you that it’s coming from Canada . They will hit you with 80 bux duty at the border

Qualified for the warranty to replace the case. I sent the broken case in but after a year of back and forth emails i end up getting ghosted and never received a replacement. False advertising of the lifetime warranty. Customer service sucks

Out of the 3 cases and 1 battery power bank i ordered i received 1 used phone case and one that was wrong model and wrong color. After I was told to keep them and was going to be issued a refund it has been 3 months and now its just been a run around. I do not recommend ordering from them as customer service is a joke. Also if you order from punkcase. ca you will get hit with extra tariff charges as they ship from New York USA . In total my order cost me 160 for my case order and 110 for extra tariff that was not specified.

Order many cases over the years no problem. purchased a case in March 2025. Never received and no response to my emails and no refund sent. Won't be giving my business again ZERO star rating
